Recruiter's / Employer's dashboard design
Hello everyone. This is my first try at a so so UX project. Would love your feedback.
Worked with CBREX, a global recruitment exchange with a SAAS product which creates a platform between the employers and recruitment agencies for hiring niche talent and streamlining the recruitment process.
The goal is to design an experience for the Recruitment Marketplace where:
a. Clients post a Job
b. Recruiting Agencies find the open jobs
c. Agencies share Candidates for some of the jobs
d. The Client and Agency can chat for any clarification & coordination
e. The Client shares the processing status to the Agency from time to time
